HyePair LLC maintains a strict 18+ membership policy. Access to the platform is prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.
Mandatory Verification Before Access
All applicants are manually reviewed before receiving access to the platform. No member may use HyePair LLC services until their application has been approved.
Verification Procedures
As part of the approval process, HyePair LLC may require:
- Government-issued photo identification
- Selfie verification
- Identity verification documentation
- Additional information reasonably necessary to confirm age and identity
Application Review
Each application is reviewed by the HyePair LLC moderation team. Applications may be approved, denied, or require additional verification before activation.
Accounts remain inactive until the review process has been completed and approval has been granted.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
HyePair LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding minors. Any applicant or member found to be under 18 years of age will be denied access or permanently removed from the platform.
False Information
Providing false information during the application or verification process may result in immediate denial, suspension, or permanent termination of membership.
Law Enforcement Cooperation
HyePair LLC cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required by law.
